The new partner will from start be responsible for some of our Key Account clients, and at the same time you will work building up your own platform. You will have to work with the whole range in the recruitment process from first meeting to follow up on candidates – everything in strong collaboration with other partners. When you start we have an introduction plan to secure you will get the right introduction to our processes and standards and also you will be certified in the use of our assessment tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Exclusive- and/or retained candidate search for local and international client;
  • Build your own pipeline / platform through sales activities and networking;
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, assessments and reference checks ;
  • Preform under our high quality rules to secure right delivery on time;

The job is very flexible and you must be prepared to do interviews or networking meeting outside normal working hours.

Requirement.

The right candidate for this new position has experience from the HR business or come with a strong sales background and wants to change into the consultant business.

  • Hands-on approach and hard working

  • Strong overview and can handle many things on one time
  • Self-starter, responsible and out going
  • Good English skills – written and oral
